I was running low on contact lenses, so I went to the eye doctor. He recommended I try daily contacts. “Once you get used to them, you’ll never go back.” He mentioned.
My monthly lenses feel just fine for about 28 days. I can deal with the last 2-3 days of month being a little cloudy.
I’d already decided that I’d stay with Monthly lenses, but the strange part was that I started thinking about the fact that daily contacts would use 730 lens (365 x 2 eyes) packets compared to my current 24 (12 x 2 eyes). That means I’m using 3% of the packaging of a daily user.
I never thought about that until I started recyclying at home.
